Theres a few people I personally have met, who frankly were a waste of space but I wouldnt seriously want them killed… theres a few famous in history that we could all name (Hitler) but who is alive today that you would honestly have killed if you could, for the greater good? whatever that means.

Kim Jong has got to be close to the top of my list, although he is supplying good marketing to provide revenue for Hollywood.
