Not much but toned down the higher risk sports and one low risk one

Parapenting – no longer, miss occassionally
Classic climbing – rarely, miss occassionally
Hard, risky climbing – none, makes me sick with fear at the thought of it now
More extreme skiing – much less, parental responsibility plus lost a friend last year
Golf – much less, but all the time in the world in later life!

Sadly for my kids, I occassionally cycle to school matches. Cue older son, “Dad, Lycra is not a good look!”

Work. I gave up to look after junior and have never worked since despite junior now needing very little looking after.

Raced XR2s at Knockhill for a few seasons. Made me completely broke, so glad I’ve now got kids as it makes it impossible to think about doing it again.
