    Any point in keeping them?

Mostly the old Derek Purdy MTB guides and loads of old climbing/walking stuff from the 80’s onward.

Can all these routes be found online these days?

I like a good guidebook, but don’t really have the shelf space to have them out, they’re mostly in boxes under the beds.

I don’t suppose anyone collects this stuff?

They’d be donated to our Mountaineering Club, end up in the shelves in the hut so I suppose I could always go and visit them for sentimental reasons…..🙂

I’ve still got my old climbing guides – I’ve probably got four or five editions of many such as the FRCC Lakes guides. The shelves at the turn on the stairs holds them, there’s probably 6 metres of shelving completely stuffed!

Don’t you have all your routes recorded in them? Could never get rid of mine – too many memories – esp Stanage and Yorkshire Grit (the 89 one I think it is)…
