My evening shift supervisor has just gone home sick, my evening FLT driver is on holiday my boss is in Bonnie Scotland so that leaves me to do a lovely long 7-11 shift.

    Nice.

    Any ideas on passing time?

    WCA: Good suggestion.

HackneyRider: I have to cover the shift because if I didnt then the business would have to close for the night loosing quite a few thousand pounds. and as I’m responsible for making sure the factory runs smoothly whenever its open that sort of puts me in the position of having to.

Even if we trusted the workers to actually do some work with no supervision the only 3 other people in the company that are first aid trained are either on holiday or sick. So it would be a bit illegal to do that.

roger: Thats just weird. I saw the spooky thread the other day and I dont fancy either being groomed or the police thinking I’m trying to groom them by asking if they singletrack.

    7-11’s a “long shift”? Try doing a double shift on a psych ward! (That’s 7am to 21:30hrs!)
