Numpty Q – Are DT Swiss XR4.2 rims tubeless compatible?

as above really. On the DT Swiss site it says something like “Tubeless Kits available” does that mean that they are so long as you use a converter kit? and which kits work with these rims?

many thanks and sorry if this is an obvious question.

Yes, but you need a kit. Stans will work or you can get the pukka DT one from CRC or justridingalong.

They are not tubeless but can be made tubeless with a specific DT Swiss kit or there are other options available.
