long story short i stopped myself from sending the e-mail – think i might be being guided towards the far too shiny iphone rather than fixing the problems with the phone i’ve got (hoped they’d let me out of my contract for a nominal fee)

I feel like i’ve regained a little from Karma rather than just shouting my mouth off 😀
