Im after a set of mtb trainers for flats, however ive got skinny legs so im looking for them to be as non bulky as possible as i dont want to look like im wearing my grans velcro slipper boots.

Cheap as chips from Primark Thin sole but offers enough protection from pedal studs. These are 8 months old and cost £4.99

5:10 spitfires are pretty much a normal skate shoe, not quite as sticky as the other shoes in their range but I prefer being able to reposition my feet. Usually available for about £40 🙂

I use five ten guide tennies with out any problems on easy rides, might want something with a thicker sole for longer/harder rides though.
