    There were 10+ cones on it last week, the Council said it was becoming a hazard to pedestrians, so rather than climbing up, they got a cherry picker in to remove them all.
    It wont take long before there is one back on it.

    I worked round the corner from there for 3 months. Never saw him without a cone!
