Well as I know you’ve all been waiting with baited breath, here is my decision after the test drive. I drove a fairly top of the range manual and loved the look, even the cheap interior but the distinct lack of power was not for me. It wasn’t a surprise as such due to the fact I can read the performance figures but in reality it’s shockingly poor. So it’s a no from me.

Oh well.

FWIW I saw a lovely light green one on the docks this morning.

If it’s even a fraction as loveable as my much missed SJ413, I’d buy one at the drop of a hat.

On road speed and handling are not what this type of car is about.
