Funny that – I work for a CAD consultancy in a place in North Yorkshire with a castle already…

    YORKAD!

EDIT *IDEAS? If you do, dont be suprised if I-DEAS sends you a nasty letter one day….* Looks like I am beind the times, the name has been retired, you’ll probably be OK as long a Siemens aren’t feeling grumpy.

IDEAS includes the phrase “Intelligent Design”. Expect calls from Texas!

    Is anyone still using I-deas?

I thought everyone was on NX/Teamcenter now and I-deas had been phased out?

    It’s fair game IMO

Can honestly say not all engineers like the incorrect use of ‘solutions’. I’m an engineer not a chemist!

    Nowt wrong with chemists mind.

    How about Myover-i

We still have I-deas at work for legacy stuff, moved to NX for all new work some time ago.

Unfortunately have to use CREO elements (Pro/E) for design work and have Pro/mechanica to laugh at!!!!

We have also been re-branded; dropped the Italian physicist from our name.
