Hmm. I thought the Catherine Tate episodes were going to be terrible though, and in their defence, they weren’t that bad.

She is technically a very attractive woman. However – it is cast in stone that Dr. Who’s assistant must be quirkiful – if you know what I mean.

TBH she looks a lot less mainstream and plastic without make-up, which is a look Ms Gillan did well. She’d probably do well to emulate.

“mainstream” is quirky to a sci-fi fan
