    2 hours work for £140 😯

What do you do for a job ❗

would also help if we could see it 😉

Now this did cost loads of dosh and roughly 12 months to save up AND selling 3 other bikes 😥

stoney what time do you get on that on a flat 10? And how much quicker is it then whatever you had before?

Erm, well that is the question…… It has been 10 years since i TTd and preiosly i was on a “standard” carbon frame with clip ons. I always wanted a proper TT bike and only got to ride 2 this year(as i only finished the bike mid August) and was only really a minute from where i left off.
I was doing short 23s before (best was 22.58) but thats on our local 10 and it cetainly is not flat…..

This should get me below that even though i`m rapidly approachig 40 😯

An action shot…..and i know the kit is`nt right but its all i had at the time….( It is my MTB kit after all)

I was about to say, you should’ve been wearing baggies as well.

Looks like if you sat back a bit you could get your back flatter, you seem very forward on that saddle. Have you got any goals? Sub 20?

    Looks good though.

Given fotorat’s inability to post a pic I am not surprised he can only afford a £140 bike if he is a software consultant! 🙂

I am wearing clear Oakley M frames 😉 and yes the saddle position does need a tweek, this was the first time out and had only been on it for 20+mins

50 miles later I can report that the steel tank is quite a pleaseant surprise.

The suspension actually works and the frame isnt cracked yet.

The gearing ratio is a bit naf and in big ring little cog it spins out at 15MPH!

The rear end is a bit flexy but no more so that my Heckler

The wheels/tires are so heavy that when cornering I can feel the huge rotational forces trying to straigten the bike up.

Considering what I paid for a Kona Explosive in 1988 this is superb!

The forks feel like my old Indy sl’s

Not sure I will be using it on any SPAM events coming up though!
