& no I don’t want a pack of Gro-a-cet :p, I’d just prefer the comfort of being able to ride through forgotten & over grown bridleways without getting cut & stung to hell.
Is there a material or a brand of clothing that has proved nettle or bramble proof? Ta.

Shin armour is all you need. Footy pads work for me and cheap.

Cuts on the arms…normal badges of summer on a MTB.

Motorbike leathers should do it, but you are going to get sweaty.

Orienteering folk use either reinforced long socks, or gaiters with added stiffeners and neoprene padding. Try Ultrasport website.

I wear full body cover and that includes knee length socks, knee warmers and 3/4 length baggies.
