Why are they so hard (white bikes) to photograph?

Very nice. Nothing ugly or fancy-coloured on it. Looks purposeful.

Contrast is the reason white bikes are harder to photograph. Expose for the white and then stop down a touch + have your bike against something a bit brighter.

    Bike looks pretty good.

Soooo can’t wait until tomorrows ride and the Saturday 🙂

Essentially the bike i loved most was my prophet, slack as and the right “fit”. I have tried to find something that felt that right but with a 30.9 seatube for my beloved joplin. This is it!

Nothing wrong with that mate, I couldn’t afford a Nomad so I have a Butcher with Van 36 RC2 Kashimas , Flows on Pro2s, Thomson, X9 so pretty similar spec. Loving my Butcher, one day I will have a Nomad Carbon!

why how much are the nomad’s compared to a butcher?

my mate has just bought a butcher frame, what geometry difference is there to the two?

About 600 quid, think the nomad is .5 degree slacker but may be wrong!

Saying that very pleased with the Butcher it’s a lovely bike, an improvement on my old Heckler.

The Butcher climbs amazingly well, it has a low compression tune shock with so really does pedal very well, make sure you mate runs between 15-20 mm sag though, no more than 20 otherwise he will be too far into the best bit of the travel. Great bombproof bike, I use a tapered fork and chain guide with mine makes it a real burly AM rig.

butcher is more of a heckler with a link

The Butcher is slacker, has iscg05 tabs, tapered head tube and comes in more colours than the Heckler.
