- My dear old things, it's STW TMS!
Ah ok – that makes more sense. Talksport 2 commentary any good? Much cake and pigeon talk?
Posted 3 months agoDunno – can’t get it down my way 😡
Posted 3 months agoYou can stream TS2, I use Tune in for internet radio
Posted 3 months agoWOW!
Foakes has just taken the easiest catch he’ll make in test cricket, but that barely tells the story. Seek it out later, simply stunning cricket.

Also (and as predicted a few pages back) Sir Alistair Cook will be opening for Essex next season. Arise, Sir Chef.
Posted 1 month ago‘Canes starting well again. No triumphant batting return for C. Bancroft today.
Posted 1 month agothe Aussies are getting thumped, looking like an innings defeat 🙂
Posted 1 month agoNo tears from me. Will the weather give the chance of a draw?
Posted 1 month agothey’re going to need it, india enforce the follow on Aussies need 316 to make them bat again 🙂
Posted 1 month agoBest bits so far have been Capt Tim sledging and answering phones 🙂 and he got some babysitting over new year from Pant.

BBL is much more fun though, close finish in Adelaide coming up.Strikers should have put Rashid in to bat – the extra 20 runs could have made it a lot closer.
Posted 1 month agoWeather indeed saves a 3-1 score line; shame that the Ashes are another seven months away.
Posted 1 month agoThey are so poor that bringing back Smith & Warner is looking highly likely.
Posted 1 month agothey need to bring back the sand paper, the bowling attack looked toothless.
Posted 1 month agoIn other Australian cricket, Hurricanes recovered from 11-3 to finish 145-5, thanks to George Bailey’s composed 70. Could be a good chase, as this is the highest score on the pitch this BBL, and the Renegades have Finch back on their squad.

Posted 1 month agoWhat an absolute fiasco! Why no follow-on?
Posted 1 month agoDoh, just worked out how to get TS2 on the Sonos. Have I missed much?! 😉
Posted 1 month agoIt’s like the 1980’s!
Posted 1 month agoWhat an absolute fiasco! Why no follow-on?
With my extensive knowledge of cricket, I reckon W Indies probably don’t fancy a 4th* innings on that pitch if England somehow managed to post a decent 3rd*.
* or should I just say 2nd for both?
Posted 1 month agoPlus the trend has shifted away from enforcing the follow-on. There’s a school of thought that it’s better to keep your bowlers fresh if you can, rather than sending them straight out again.

Yeah but in this case I reckon they were just warmed up 30 overs and still didn’t make a ton!!
Posted 1 month agoSurely though the bowlers should be pretty fresh – they weren’t bowling for long! Knock over 3 or 4 tonight, get a good rest and finish it off tomorrow morning.
Wonder sometimes if there’s a financial element in looking to extend the match for longer?
Posted 1 month agoAre the highlights on non-Sky TV anywhere?
Posted 1 month agoThis could all be over today if they get a shift on.
Really doesn’t look like the pitch will be helpful during the 4th innings. Or the third. Or the second.

I think they are going to be about 45s….
Posted 1 month ago
71-5!!theres been 20 wickets for under 200 runs since the windies go to 250
