Absolute nightmare situation for a side batting to save a game. Bowlers having frequent breaks, fielding team doesn’t lose impetus like batters going on and off the field.

I’m still not quite sure what Holder was doing putting England in. If you opt to bowl first and lose the game it is a bit of a cardinal sin.

I played club cricket with David Millns and still have a chat if ever I bump into him.

If I do bump into him (very unlikely obvs) I will ask him what the SP is with umpires taking players off even though neither side is complaining….
