Thinking of stopping over in Sedbergh one Friday night and doing the ‘Bowderdale’ loop on the Saturday morning.

If I get there early enough to get three hours of riding in on the Friday, where should I go?

To the south there is a BW which goes over to Dentdale. Cross river, ford can be deep, then quiet back road to Gawthorpe. Head for Barth bridge & Lunds, then BW over hill to Frostrow and road back to Sedbergh.
