Any events my 11yr old & I can take part in, all we seem to do is go to Cannock Chase now & again, she’s not the competitive type, however, she likes the whole idea of being part of a gathering of Mtb’ers, if that makes sense.

Evans Ride It, they go free too, some of the BHF rides like Sherwood Pines.

If you’re on Twitter have a look at this

Get together, raise some money for charity and ride some trails. Always a good laugh and great charity raffle/freebies. Skills sessions available, photography session.

As an added bonus it’s free (well apart from the raffle)!

What about the Cannock winter classic at the end of February or the Cannock summer classic.
Plenty of age category’s and kids of all abilities.

    What about mountain bike orienteering?

Would teach bike handling, racing and map reading skillz?
