  • MS Outlook – moving things to new account?

For years I have been tom@companyx.com, and there are a couple of us moving to @companyy.com email accounts.

We are doing the same job for and to the same people, but there are some political advantages to us switching ‘identities’

I have on my dining room table my existing laptop and my new laptop and before I am back in on Tuesday I am going to send something from my new account to everyone that needs to know, and set a rule on my old account.

Because it’s the same job, there are tons of things in my old Outlook 2007 that I could do with bringing over to my new Outlook 2010 (different email address).

Is there are relatively hassle free way of moving stuff (folders/contacts/mails/appointments) over – or do I have to do them one by one..?

    Cheers

I thought I tried the pst – How do I get it from one laptop to the other? on a stick?

    Cheers.
