I’m about to send out a team update to a wide distribution list at work. I’d like to hide the senders email address as there are specific contact email addresses in the mail for queries / questions. I don’t want them coming back to me.

I’d also like to hide the recipients names,it’s a broad distribution list.

Any help on how I can do this?

PS this is not me spamming the entire workforce or playing a prank at work.

    Thanks

If you have permission to send an email from another account. You can add the from field which is the only way to hide who sent an email.

To hide the recipients address’s add the BCC field.

or you could use “Have replies sent to”

No permissions to send from an alternative address. I’ll use the BCC and fend off any responses to the appropriate areas.

    Thanks
