MOKL, rather you than me mate. I’ve seen the state of the solo riders the last few years.

I am doing it officially solo but will be part of a team if that makes sense lol.

@gravitysucks, have only done it once so far, in 2010. Got crippling cramps in my lower back on lap 5, the likes of which I had never experienced before. Managed to drag myself around 6 more laps with the aid of ibuprofen, but this time I hope to improve on that if I can, and more than anything want to eliminate the back pain which still troubles me occasionally. I might just grind round on the sofa/trail bike as it is so comfortable…
