Bugger. And I thought £5 for a pint of Erdinger Cristal in my local was steep! 😆

£5.45 a pint in the Paternoster Chop House the other day. Praise the fact that someone else was paying!

You were drunk enough to fall off a wall after 2 pints of cider? Are you 16.

perhaps i should explain, i live about half a mile form my friend house so had to walk the last bit.

in between theres a big car park, sunken, and surrounded by a hedge.

So there i am, in the dark, walking through a gap in the hedge, next think i know i trip over the top of the wall, followed by the falling sensation you get when your convinced you should have hit the ground by now.

followed by the falling sensation you get when your convinced you should have hit the ground by now. I think thats commonly known as falling.

    Excellent.

I actualy remember puting my arms arround my head and braceign for the impact, then wondering why it never came, shortly followed by sensation of hitting the ground chest first and my head snaping forewards into the concreet.

Since when did Harrogate have an airport?

my head snaping forewards into the concreet Was the concrete still wet then?

Concreet – Geordie plastic surgeon specialising in nasal work.

much as i admire your enthusiasm for pedanticity towards grammer, i’m fairly sure that saying something ran/crashed into is correct.

The alternative is the concreet went into my head (true, but my head was the moving part)
