I enjoyed all the previous ones but have only watched the first episode of this series and found myself cringing for the most part.

They have in my opinion. Have watched them all but they have either lost something or are just too much more of the same. They really should not do another series.

Literally love these two, my partner laughs that I like it so much as it’s just chill out telly about a sport I don’t do. But for me just the humour wins it. One episode at the coast where he joked about there being internet and having to ring (in his posh voice) “excuse me can you connect me to the internet” , had me in stitches!

Nope, not a series too far, still just lovely.

Good episode to finish on, dispelled my doubts. Maybe adding a guest is the way forward, the Chris Rea episode in the last (?) series was fantastic.

Series 5 starts Fri 9th Sep on BBC2. Hope Ted’s back!

He’s like the indie national treasure, I don’t know how many from the mainstream watch him (maybe more now because of WILTY, etc.) but to those that know, he’s just delightful.
