    Bit of an old one, but not sure it’s been mentioned here amongst the city IT crowd 😉

    Somerset county council has failed to send out tenancy renewal forms to several of their farms.

    A spokesman for the council, said that due to increasing council expenditure, therefore debt, they need to look at ways to cover the costs of maintaining and improving council properties, etc.
    The council are said to own farms with a total value of at least £40M.

    Gotta love their forward thinking..
