    Just started taking my Fox Talas forks apart for seal replacement and found that 3 tiny balls are missing from the lockout lever. Phoned Mojo to see if they where available and before I knew it they were ‘in the post’, no questions about whether I’m an existing customer (I’m not) and no charge.
    I know that the cost involved is probably minimal, but who cares……. if I do need work doing guess who’s going to be the first port of call?

    Yep, always had excellent customer service from them when they’ve serviced my Float R shock.

    Turn around is always well impressive too.
