    I think petrol is the right choice, but for info I suspect you wouldn’t have dpf issues with a modern diesel either.

    We have a Ford kuga with the 2.0 diesel, doing similar miles, but with much shorter typical journies, no issues with the dpf since we got the car 3 years ago.

    Just glad you didn’t get a Ford 1.0 eco boom, they are a disaster…
