Has anyone moticed any pro blend when trying to cancel their membership to Eurosport?
I took advantage of a cheap membership offer, but the deal turned out to be ‘concurrent’.
Time to cancel my membership, but that can’t be done from inside their app.
So I went to the local library to use a ‘proper’ computer to log in to my account on their website.
On eurosport.com, clicking on the ‘log-in to your account’ icon leads to a blank screen.
On Eurosport.co.uk, you get access to a webpage which allows you to log-in to your account, via the usual email address plus password.
But, when i entered my details, I got a message saying ‘invalid email or password’, even though these details work fine on their app.
So has anyone had any better luck with their website?
