I find the sheer anger Miranda obviously provokes in some people absolutely hilarious. 😆
Been subjected to a few episodes of this in the past when round friends houses. To say she’s not funny is a gross understatement! Painfully unfunny is more like it, I would honestly rather pull my teeth out with pliers than watch her!
You, my friend, need to either find new ‘friends’ who share your tastes in comedy, or get laid a bit more or something. Because you’re just a wee bit too worked up over such a trivial matter. It’s just a tv programme. Nobody is forcing you to watch it, are they? And if they are, then you need to address the issue of others having such control over certain aspects of your life.
A poster girl for the legions of well-connected, mediocre toffs leeching a living out of our state-funded broadcaster. She’s as funny as a fire in a paediatric unit and an abhorrently physically repellent stank-monster into the bargain. The BBC’s apparent mission to transform her into some kind of National Treasure makes me want to redirect my licence fee to a hitman who specialises in bumping off ungainly comediennes who have somehow got it into their heads that they can “do” slapstick.
See above. Or do you fancy yourself as a sort of Tesco Value* version of Charlie Brooker?
*A poor, somewhat disappointing substitute which leaves you realising you should just have spent the little bit extra in the first place.
That said it is a shame that my licence fee is wasted on this bilge
Personally, I think it’s a shame such energy is wasted on getting angry about a tv programme, when there’s far worse going on in our world.
