So it’s Saturday night and hopefully by now you’ve sunk a few ales and are starting to feel generous! 😉

Anyhow, this morning I got talked into doing a 10km mud run in three weeks time, as I don’t run, and haven’t run for more than a mile in years, plus the fact I plan on doing it in fancy dress, it should be interesting. 🙂
