I like Merlin their usually quick to deliver and reasonable to deal with but I think their over egging the present 10% off offer.

I get an email which says in big letters 10% of ALL online orders, great I need a new chain and cassette. go to their website select the bits and some jockey wheels. The code reference comes up on the invoice as 10% discount on EVERYTHING bit only applies a discount to the jockey wheels.

I know there has to be terms and condition for these types of offers but that kind of promotion of discount with such limitations wouldn’t be acceptable in a regulated business.

Bit shoddy.

Just stuck an entire shimano groupset in and entered the code. The discount works for me.

Does say some items maybe excluded..
