One for all the parents out there!

We like to get a book or books to help my daughter with her maths.

She’s 8 and even though she’s OK with maths she could just do with a little help.

    Cheers

Our daughter is adopted and from b4 placement has some big gaps in her learning, a really good one that is helping her, (builds the bocks from the start all thru KS1 and 2) is called the power of 2

Bond books are very good for getting up to speed. We’ve been using them for the last 8 months foe our eldest (10) who is doing entrance exams next week.
After that our twin 8 years old will be on them as they’re too interested in toys than school!
Biggest help though with the eldest has been the 1hr a week spent with a tutor. I can’t afford it but you only get one chance at schooling. Twins starting with her in 10 days time – they have no idea whats lying in wait 🙂
But Bond books are very good.

I would suggest you ask her teacher
