It’s on Beeb 1 at the moment.

My own would be the works of H.P. Lovecraft.

I’d struggle for another subject in the unlikely event I were to proceed to the next round 😀

What would be your area of expertise?

    Sherlock Holmes, probably.

    Or Manchester pubs, 1985 – 2000.

Although they reckon you should always go for something new that you
have no previous knowledge of & approach the subject from a position of ignorance.
So lots to go at then. 🙂

I think I would struggle with a specialist subject without studying for one. I’m pretty good at pub quiz type general knowledge. I know nothing about everything and everything about nothing. Or just about enough to appear a smart arse.

Actually no, come to think of it I’d pick something more straightforward. The Koran, or something.
