Hoping someone can offer some advice, i put some air into mine tonite, about 30 ish psi , but they have gone very hard indeed , is this normal or are they buggered, diy or send them off cheers.

If in doubt send them to Windwave, the service I have had from them in the past is nothing short of excellent.

If they are 55 ATA then no it’s not normal, the 2008/09 are known to have issues and can be converted to coil which IMO solves all the problems and leaves you with a lovely plush fork.

The R only uses air for preload. Just let the air back out.
