    Not sure if he’s on here but a work colleagues nephew Phil Verdin had a big crash in wales on his MTB on the 12th and has sustained a serious fracture of the neck.

    they’re hoping to restore some movement to his upper limbs.

    so in the nicest possible way if you have a couple of quid spare:

    there by the grace of god as I bet we’ve all had accidents that could have gone this way.
