Yes, I’m on the Canyon website again trying to decide between the AL6 and the CF7, a jump of £500.

The key differences aside from the frame material seem to be:

Does that kit on the CF 7 constitute a downgrade to help pay for the frame material, or what?

I’d be inclined to take the alloy one. The Lyrik is better than the grip 1 36. The super deluxe and float c are probably at a similar level to each other. The float x performance only has a lsc adjustment and the tokens to tune the air spring are really expensive.

GX and SLX will essentially do the same job – GX probably lighter.
