Does anyone know of an easy ish way to lubricate the air can seals ona fox float x2?

On any other shock its easy enough to dismantle the air can and clean and lubricate, but on the x2 it seems like you need a host of special tools and almost end up stripping the shock entirely.

Anyone got any clever tricks/tips to give it a freshen up without sending it off?

I used to use an old shock pump to squirt a few ml of float fluid through the air valve

I thought about that, but that’ll only end up squirting oil into the outer sleeve and not where the plunger runs, might be better than nothing though!

I’m looking at putting an x2 on my new FS frame and actually watched a fox mechanic strip an X2 on youtube earlier today.

Certainly more involved but not impossible to do at home.
