Just back in from a run up the local hill, really spoilt to be at the foot of the Cheviots, it’s wet and minging but great to be out and no faff, when it snows there is nothing better than running through a winter wonderland just like over xmass.

pretty much the norm to mix and match at this time of year, running in the hills, indoor climbing and the odd bike ride for me, a change of discipline recharges batteries.
