It’s time to upgrade my old Look Delta pedals and I’m after some Look Keo carbon blade 2. At present I use black no-float cleats as I much prefer unclipping to be quick and easy, so the obvious choice is to go for the 12 Nm carbon blade pedals.

I’m assuming that 16 or 20 Nm pedals are for strong sprinting rather than the more leisurely club runs, but does rider weight come into it and at 15 stones should I perhaps go for 16 Nm ?
