Someone has got themselves a parking charge and decided to ignore it. That person now has a Letter Before Claim from Wright Hassall solicitors (great name). What’s the idiot’s options now oh wise STW?

Go to pepipoo and have a read.

I suspect you’re now at the point of ignoring everything now EXCEPT genuine court papers.

    Anyway go read up…..

Had the same letter about 12 months ago, after we paid for parking but made a typo error with the reg when paying for the ticket!

We tried the appeal process, made no difference.

Since having the last letter, we wrote a simply reply with a photocopy of the ticket we paid for and said ‘happy to deal with this in Court’.

    Not heard anything since!
