    It's not surprising really seeing as these things have been going around for several years. Ask yourself 3 questions – why did so many ex USPS riders then test positive once they'd left? Why has lala deliberately targeted riders who have talked about problems with doping? And why is the owner of USPS being investigated by a federal agency?
