    That looks like fun.

    Looking for a route for early summer – Mrs S’s looking for something similar as part of her DoE training.

    Had considered the Lancs Cycleway, but we’ve done most of it as it’s local.
    It’s a bit tight for us for a 4/5 dayer too.

    I did about 60 miles of it today by coincidence, and have done all of the Eastern and Southern bits recently (I wondered what the L&D signs were about). It seems to mostly follow existing sustrans routes in the Dales and South Lakes, which are well signed, very quiet and constantly undulate. Much of the Dales roads have been hammered by the flooding and there’s a fair bit of silt, gravel and deep (over 6″) potholes to dodge. I’ve totalled 2 rims this winter on potholes 🙁 slowed down a bit and gone to 30c tires.
