  • Knee advice- a stretch really helped

    Had quite abit of pain in my knee.I took a blow on the inside of the knee/below the patella.

    (Right knee) I put my right ankle ontop of my left quad and leaned (painfully) against the inside of the right knee to enable my right leg to go horizontal/stretch. It’s now just sore.

    What could this be/have been?
