Heading there Sunday. Planing on riding over from Balquhidder to Glen Dochart, along to Killin and back via Glen Ogle. I know there will be some carrying to the top of the pass, but wondering how much is ridable on the other side.

When you go past the lochan the descent path is a bit vague – but there are marker posts – if you pick these up the descent is all rideable – if a bit boggy in places 😉 (tho the first 100m or so depends how good you are at boulder hopping) The return along the railway bed is easy and you can follow the RH track from the former railway station (on the map) to meet up with the sustrans route

Just back. Nice circuit. Was out for 3h 40m including lunch. Lots of pushing over the pass due to about six inches of snow. Very muddy on the lower sections. Nice route for an easy day out, but save it for a dry spell
