    Doing the lakeland monster cx event next weekend. I’m looking for b & b within walking distance of town with room for a family of 3 .

    Family/pet friendly.
    Awesome hearty breakfast.
    10 minute walk from town and 5 minutes off theA66.

    We stayed in one called The Bield in July, a two story flat above the Rohan shop, sleeps 6, was very nice.

    Cranford House is a nice place a couple of minutes walk from town and very good value.

    Squared Orange cafe is a nice spot to recover.
