I think this is basically it. Didn’t he say something about stopping taking medication a while ago, which was followed by days of increasingly ‘unusual’ tweets.

If he wasn’t Kanye West I think people would be having an intervention, but as it is he’s allowed/encouraged to carry on down the path he’s on

Yeah I feel like you can see him round the curve from 2008-2012, with ‘Dark Twisted’ as the magnum opus where his talent, ego and mental health issues all balanced each other out, and he created (IMO) one of the most ambitious and influential hiphop albums of the last 20 years. Then on Yeezus it was all starting to fall apart. But it was still a hell of a statement. And he’s been on a downward slope ever since, making worse music and acting like more of a prick as time goes on. It’s a real shame.
