I ate pretty much nothing but those for a month once when I was a student. I won an all inclusive holiday for it. The first 3 days were in intensive care, with a following week in a ward.

I have just had 2 fish from the chippy……I am 100% totally satisfied…….. 8)

Malnutrition was what I was in for, but becuase im T1 diabetic, that lead to other issues.

Rest assured I look after myself a little better now 🙂

If its not a Bombay bad boy, your not trying

I am kind of partial to a bombay bad boy with a load of hot sauce poured in. It’s kind of a dirty pleasure.

They are lovely, in a sort of repulsive and disgusting way. It’s the meal equivalent of not showering for a day

At uni we had a Pot Noodle vending machine in the SU foyer.

I think the last time I had one though was when I was in the Scouts!

Beef and tomato pot noodle (suitable for vegetarians) made into sandwiches on brown bread with butter.

Not had a Pot Noodle for knocking on 30 years. I still feel the disappointment now.

Maccy D’s is my fix for going dietary slumming. Nothing says “urban-ASBO-chav-tactic” as a bag of cheese burgers and a milk shake. It must be close to how Rooney felt after he’d been knock round the granny massage parlour. 😈

If it has to be noodles in a cup, the ones from the world foods aisle at Tesco are far nicer than Pot Noodles.

I like a pot noodle, with extra soy sauce, and chilli sauce as well if I’ve got some handy, or just chilli from a grinder,
Just the thing after a couple of pints.

Some years ago they reduced the salt in them because of health concerns and the flavour went downhill. If you put the salt back they taste just like they used to. Yummy.

Hence the liberal addition of extra soy sauce, which has a degree of saltiness.
Added chilli never hurts, either; I favour Linghams Sweet Chilli, when I can find it.
And for a really knock-out pot noodle, check out the wide variety available from the Japan Center in Regent Street, London. I always try to stock up if I’m around that way.
