i’ve just done a mini service and added some air to my joplin 4, and now it wont lock in place.
the post is about 18 month old and i’ve never had a problem with it. it has not been used for the last three month.

any ideas?

and PLEASE don’t tell me to get a quick release and a normal post!

I suspect some oil got out when you attached the pump. A tiny bit makes a big difference. That link should sort you out.

have you tried cycling through fully up to fully down a few times, with the post the right way up? Really simple and solves 90% of joplin problems (as it works the air and oil into the right places).
