He smelled of wee. I’ve also seen him on stage in a double bill with Atila the Stockbroker in the late 80’s 8) Posted 4 years ago maccruiskeenSubscriber I really enjoyed the episodes of Chain Reaction he was on – especially his opinions about Finland http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0132pv7 http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01390bf Posted 4 years ago CountZeroMember Jhaaaan Coooooper Claaaaaark. Posted 4 years ago eddiebabySubscriber Passion turns to poison quick as lager turns to piss. Posted 4 years ago BreganteSubscriber He’s not a patch on Hovis Presley mind you. I miss him. A genuinely funny bloke. 😐 Authentic Northern ledge is JCC. Nice to see him working again now he’s kicked the smack. Back in the ’80’s it was either him or Ted Chippington supporting the midweek acts at the International – he used to turn up, wired to the gills, with all his material in a Co-Op carrier bag. 🙂 His brother’s a postie, drinks in the Marble Arch mid-afternoons when he’s finished his shift. He’s not as cool as his brother, but possibly even funnier. 😀 Posted 4 years ago totalshellSubscriber my old boss got me into this guy in the late 70’s ( i was 18 or so) he used to play his stuff after work whilst we cleaned the restaurant etc.. happy days Posted 4 years ago binnersSubscriber The man is a genius!
