I’ve got this to do next week. Never done it before and not looking forward to it.

This week I tiled my first wall. So far in the last year I’ve fitted new central heating, re-screeded the floor, replastered walls, replaced electrics, retiled the bathroom and fitted new flooring. Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now as we surely can’t find anything else that needs to be replaced/fixed.

You reckon? Sounds like you’ve not even thought about outside the house yet!! 😆

crap…I’d forgotten about the outside work. But that can wait until we are sorting out a tenant. Rest of the building is up to the management, I need to get it rented before the bills come in for all that stuff 🙁
