The role is based between a couple of sites in the New Forest near Burley/ Ashurst/ Lymington. PEDALL are a brilliant inclusive cycling charity operating locally. The current staff and volunteers are thoroughly decent people.

PEDALL New Forest Inclusive Cycling is a health and wellbeing charity that helps everyone no matter what their need, to get out and cycle in the New Forest National Park amongst nature.

PEDALL have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to deliver engaging cycling sessions for people with additional needs against the stunning backdrop of the New Forest National Park. Working with the current Ride Leader and supported by the Project Manager you will:

develop and deliver inclusive cycling courses for 3500 riders with additional needs per year, using a fleet of 30 specialist cycles
run open sessions for anyone with an additional need or barrier to book onto and enable them to enjoy the freedom of cycling in the New Forest
train a team of 20 volunteers and work experience students, some with additional needs

We are looking for an individual with experience of planning and delivering high quality, outdoor recreation sessions to diverse audiences whilst understanding the benefits of helping people with additional needs get outdoors and active in the natural environment.

This role requires a valid driving licence, is subject to a DBS check and involves working frequent weekends. It is based at our office in Lymington but will work across the National Park and from the PEDALL base in Ashurst and Burley.

This contract is for two years working full-time at 37 hours per week. Part-time options on less hours are also available.
